FAQs/Frequently Asked Questions
We allow for Paynow,Atome and regular credit card payments. For Paynow arrangements, do write in to us at sales@ledwreaths.sg and we will get back to you promptly.
For all orders received and paid before 9pm, we will deliver your order before 12 am. This is approximate but we will try our best to ensure that we will deliver it by 12am, with an allowance of 1 – 2 hours.
Shipping is always free on LEDWreaths.sg. There are no additional charges and there are not GST surcharges on your order.
Cancellations are handled on a case to case basis. Do write in to us at sales@ledwreaths.sg so we can attend to you promptly.
We are unable to provide amendments to your messages on all wreaths once they have been set up at the wake. We will however make sure that all typos and mistakes are corrected/clarified with our customers before we set these up, and placed on delivery.
